Our mission is not only to improve your performance and maximize your potential but also to help you understand the process of how you are improving all while having a great time and an excellent training experience.

Sport performance clients will engage in strength & conditioning training utilizing various methodologies specifically designed to enhance abilities such as but not limited to force production, force absorption, agility, quickness, and speed development.


Strength training clients will engage in strength & conditioning training personalized to accomplish their individual fitness goals while being accommodative of any pre-existing physical constraints. Focuses of strength training include improving attributes such as muscular strength, muscular hypertrophy, mobility, stability, weight loss, and more.

Our facilities include a fully equipped indoor & outdoor gym space, power racks, cardio & HIIT fitness equipment, ice baths, and sauna.

About

JD Performance LLC's founder John Donnelly is an experienced sport performance coach having worked with a wide variety of clients including youth athletes with age 10+, adults and seniors.

John holds a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from James Madison University along with other professional training certifications. JD Performance will utilize velocity-based training (VBT) along with other strength and conditioning systems to improve the overall athleticism of the athlete and enhance their in-game performance.
